If you experience technical difficulties on our site, here are some things you can try.

I can't play a video.

If a video won't play, make sure you have the latest free version of the application you're trying to watch it with:

• QuickTime: Free download for the PC or Mac here

• Flash: Free download here

• Windows Media Player for WMV files: Free download here

A video on your site won't play in IE7.

We've heard reports that a few videos may not always play in the most recent version of Microsoft's browser, IE7. All we can say is, we're sorry about that -- and suggest you try Firefox, IE6 or another browser.

I don't see the button to play an audio interview.

The audio play button won't load on my page.

On a few browsers, you may need to turn off your ad blocker, which blocks not only ads but other page elements as well.
