In response is an interesting comment by Michael Karish, the founder of truedelta.com. Karish got his PhD at UChicago studying how car companies understood its customers. He's wasn't so hot on this merger: "But, since we’re a competitor, you’ll never see CR mention our information, and I’m personally not allowed to mention my site in their forums. Now that they’ve bought the Consumerist, I suspect the same will be true for it." Something to watch for as well.
