		<description>It's about time somebody started calling bull on this "he did not personally benefit" crap. Of course he did, big time, he's a major stockholder. Why are all the reporters simply parroting Nicholas' lawyer?

That's not the measure of illegality anyway, is it. Perpetrators of many crimes "do not personally benefit". I drive drunk, I don't personally benefit, but it's illegal. I get mad and hit someone, no personal benefit, still illegal.

I hope this doesn't blow over with that $12 million slap-on-the-wrist fine of the company. The Broadcom backdating was heinous in its magnitude and we need some jail time for the perps.</description>
