		<description>Another idea - an "ask the candidate/representative" feature.  People write in with their questions, and the media asks the candidate or representative to answer them and publishes the results.  
(Ideally, they'd also ask "do you believe that the reply answered the submitter's question?" of both respondent and submitter, and publish these answers as well.)
A feature like this would also help to keep the reporter-intermediaries from 'going native'.</description>
