Re SAIII, In the end one of the most important lessons we learned is that our mission is ultimately about people. People that use technology as a tool to get help, people that use technology to give help. To create product with out considering the human component first is to create in a brilliant vacuum.
Strong Angel lll allowed techno-genius’s to test their product on the likes of people like me that have trouble getting their Treo to work properly.
We all benifted greatly from the experience.

[...] SA III, was as Dan Gilmor calls it, mind-boggling. The thoughts that follow don’t really capture the rich texture of collegial partnerships, friends, alliances and strategic social networks created during SA III, but they aim to stimulate interaction and debate between those who attended SA III and a larger public.
